CIHQ studio offers multiple luxury installations for our clients who are tired of booking spaces that offer limited options with a price tag that doesn’t match. CIHQ studio allows you a space to create more engaging and compelling content through storytelling to connect with others.

Meet the Owners
Dr.s Jamaal & Adrienne Russell, both DMV Prince George’s County, MD natives opened Content Incubator HQ in October 2023.
With their professional scientific backgrounds, natural love for innovation, strategy, and business; they both fell in love with the idea of developing an incubator in their community for creatives to elevate content through storytelling.
Adrienne is also a boutique owner, podcaster, and personal brand stylist who has worked with over 100 women to date to help align their brand image with their personal style. Through building her own brands as well as the brand image of others, she has gained hundreds of hours of experience in content creation while identifying the needs of clients and opportunities in the content studio industry to ultimately elevate the creator's experience.

Next, you will IMMEDIATELY receive a booking confirmation via email.

You will receive a reminder email with your confirmed booking date and time.

You will receive a personalized QR code and lockbox combination via text to gain entry into the building and content studio. Your personalized code is only active for your specific booking times. Make sure you do not misplace your code.

It is recommended that you show up 10 mins prior to your appointment to ensure a prompt start time.

CIHQ is located in a secure building with 24-hour camera surveillance. A secure code is required to enter the main building and will be sent to customers via email and text 24 hours prior to booking.

Payment can be made directly through our booking system at www.contentincubatorhq.com. Full payment is required at time of booking. You will receive payment and booking confirmation as well as additional instructions shortly after the booking is made.

We suggest that you arrive 10 mins prior to your booking to ensure that you can utilize the full length of time of your booking.

It is totally up to you! Depending on the goal and vision of your session, you may want to bring additional change of clothes, props, and friends to help your content creation goals come to life!

Yes! You are welcome to bring whatever you feel you need in addition to the complimentary equipment provided by CIHQ.

Yes! You can bring in your own personal creative team. If you would like recommendations of our AMAZING preferred Photographers and MUA’s, ask us about our preferred vendor list available through our creator membership packages. Through our membership you receive special package offerings with our preferred vendors.

Yes! We have an IN-HOUSE private dressing room. At CIHQ, we understand that time can be wasted running back and forth to the bathroom for wardrobe changes. Walk right off set to our dressing area and back on set with your new look in MINUTES!!

At CIHQ, we welcome your small curated events and gatherings. Whether you are hosting a masterclass or celebrating a milestone, we would love to host your event.

Clients are allowed to cancel studio bookings within 14 days of scheduled booking date. However, clients will be charged 50% of booking fee. If cancellation is made outside of 14-day cut-off, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All cancellation requests must be sent to info@contentincubatorhq.com.

There are no refunds after booking is made with CIHQ. Please make sure you have confirmed date and time prior to booking and making payment. You do have the option to RESCHEDULE ONLY and that must be done by request via email at info@contentincubatorhq.com.

Clients are permitted to reschedule studio bookings after cancellations ONE TIME. Rescheduling requests must be sent via email to info@contentincubatorhq.com.
CIHQ cannot guarantee times/dates of studio availability until appointment booking is confirmed via our booking system.
CIHQ will charge a 100$ rescheduling fee to credit card on file once request is granted and rescheduling is made.
Content Incubator HQ™️ (CIHQ) reserves the right to cancel a client’s booking if/when not adhering to CIHQ terms and conditions. CIHQ WILL NOT REFUND clients who do not adhere to terms and conditions.
In the event of an emergency or extreme weather conditions, CIHQ may have to close for our customer’s safety. Any updates will be posted on our website at www.contentincubatorhq.com. CIHQ will contact customers via email to reschedule studio bookings that are canceled by CIHQ due to emergency.

CIHQ is nestled in a cul de sac in a business park area that offers plenty of FREE PARKING away from busy traffic and streets.
PARKING IS FREE and PLENTIFUL at CIHQ. We have a front and back entrance that are both easily accessible. We recommend the back entrance for customers with items to carry that may be heavy.
